DIY Walking On Mandalas Floor Design by Tara O’Neill is today’s tutorial. Using her hand drawn mandalas and decoupage techniques from the ’60’s she creates a beautiful floor design. Here is what she says about the video:
“Hey Guys! This is a short and simple DIY of something I did in my room! Just thought I would share it even though it’s not your usual DIY! I call it Walking On Mandalas cause technically you are!”
“All you need for this DIY is paint, paper, pen, coloring pencils, paper, and Mod Podge.”
“I hope this gave some of you guys some ‘inspo’ for something!”

Every year I showcase the mandalas created in the previous 12 months by creating a mandala calendar from them. This year I had 2 sets of mandalas, the Mandalas from the Heart of Freedom and the Mandalas from the Heart of Change, “come through” me and are, to me, even more amazing than any I’ve yet been privileged to bring into form. I know I say that every year, but they just keep getting better and better. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them. All mandala calendars from previous years are also available in 2018 versions.

“It is when you have tried and failed
that you are truly able to surrender.
Though you fail time and again,
you continue to try until, finally,
there comes a point when you accept your failure.
You fully experience and understand
your incapacity to move forward.
It is at that point that you surrender.
So keep trying.
That ultimate sense of failure
must come to everyone. either today or tomorrow.”
