I’m continuing today with more of Dearing Wang and his Drawing Mandalas Tutorials from Youtube. According to Dearing Wang this HeneyComb pattern is “A pattern within the language of sacred geometry. I am using the honeycomb geometric pattern to form an intricate tangled mandala pattern. The base form is part of the Seed of Life.”

Today I have another tutorial in drawing mandalas for you. Below you will find Dearing Wang’s 12 Star Spiral Rose Mandala Tutorial. According to Dearing Wang: “The geometric diagram underlying the 12 pointed star Mandala that spirals towards the Mysterious center is a way to reflect and meditate on ones own life as being part of the Universe. A bigger reality. It is a really fun way to explore the world of abstract mathematical forms. I really like the beauty of this pattern. ”

According to Dearing Wang: “This pattern has an interesting underlying symmetry. It is defined by an overall 4 Fold symmetry formed by the 4 outer circles. Yet the centre has a 6 Fold symmetry. The big challenge was to connect the Inner with the Outer Form which was different in symmetry depending on the axis.”
