Mandala Monday – 2 Minute Mandala Meditation Break 1

For some time I’ve been sharing short mandala meditations with my fans on Facebook. While there are longer mandala meditations available on this site at: https://www.nwcreations.com/art/video, I thought you also might enjoy these shorter ones. Perfect for a quick break to refresh and renew. So here is the first. Enjoy.

Mandala Monday – Open-Eyed Meditation: The Four Corners Suite by Charles Gilchrist

To finish up this series on Charles Gilchrist’s work, this week we will view an open eye meditation he created called “The Four Corners Suite.” According to YouTube: “This Gilchrist video was designed as an aid to meditation. Hold your mind to the center and find balance. The 13 healing Mandalas (The Four Corners Suite) used as the basis of this meditation were inspired by the artist’s love of the great Southwest, specifically the Four Corners area (Northeast Arizona, Southeast Utah, Southwest Colorado, and Northwest New Mexico).”

Enjoy!
