Here is what she has to say about this step by step tutorial: “(Mandala Dreamcatcher is) created with a piece of plain white paper that was painted with acrylic paint. I also used an oil-based Sharpie paint pen, white signo gel pen, star stencil, modeling paste, white chalk pencil, white acrylic paint, black acrylic paint and a stylus.”
